CIDER - Moonshine      ABV 7.5% 

 

Brian Blunt has been producing cider and perry for over 25 years and he is now one of the country’s largest independent producers. Broadoak Moonshine is a crisp and clear cider with a very fruity flavour. 

West Croft Cider 

 

Brent Knoll, Highbridge 

CIDER - Janet's Jungle Juice    ABV 6.5% 

 

Produced by cider maker John Harris in Somerset, Janet's Jungle Juice is a firm favourite with customers. When you try it you will see why it was the CAMRA national award winner in 2008. This medium dry cider is well rounded and fruity with a deep texture and flavour. It is a fantastic starting point for inexperienced cider drinkers as it is so very easy drinking. 

Crossmans  

 

Hewish, Weston-Super-Mare 

CIDER - Ben Crossman’s – Medium Sweet Cider     ABV  6% 

 

Ben Crossman is a cider maker of the old school who produces great tasting cider from a wide range of Somerset cider apple varieties all grown in the vicinity of his farm. This traditional farmhouse medium sweet cider is a delightful example, with a fruity start and slightly sweet finish. Its naturally fermented, unfiltered and smooth tasting. 

Ross On Wye Cider & Perry (Broome Farm) 

 

Ross-on-Wye 

CIDER - Ross-On-Wye – Whiskey Cask Blend     ABV 6.5% 

 

One of the great producers of the craft cider revival. Cider has been made on the Johnston’s farm for more than twenty years, Over 70 varieties of apples and pears are grown, all of which are turned into cider or Perry. Ross makes great use of rum and whiskey casks to produce a distinctive flavour A great believer in the art of blending you will find out why Ross cider has been a firm favorite at festivals around the country. 

Broadoak

PERRY  - Broadoak Perry      ABV 7.5% 

 

Brian Blunt has been producing cider and perry for over 25 years and he is now one of the country’s largest independent producers. Broadoak Perry is one of his best known drinks, taste it and you can see why. As with all perrys this is made solely from pears. This is a smooth delicately sweet drink which is a firm favourite with many. Broadoak Perry was a CAMRA gold award winner 2009. 

Gwatkins 

 

 

Abbey Dore, Herefordshire 

PERRY – Gwatkins Farmhouse Perry    ABV 7.5% 

 

Gwatkins Farmhouse Perry is made from a blend of old fashioned varieties of pears, harvested from the few remaining pear orchards of rural Herefordshire. In late Autumn they are milled and pressed to extract their golden juice, which is then laid down over the winter months in 100 gallon oak vats. In the following spring the perry maker taps and samples each vat and then, only when judged to be ready, does he rack it off into bottles or barrels..  

Hecks

PERRY – Hendre Huffcap   Perry    ABV 6.5% 

 

Established in 1896 Hecks are very much a family firm making over 20 differing ciders and perrys. They are experts in the production of single varieties, with some bold and distinguished flavours. Hendre Huffcap was the 2002 Perry of the Year and you can see why with its strong pear flavour and full bodied texture.
